• use AI tools to train on, replicate or derive new images from Ted’s work.

Permitted personal use:
You may view the site and temporarily store cached copies in a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial use only, provided the content remains unchanged and retains all copyright notices.

Any unauthorised use of the content may result in copyright infringement action, takedown notices and recovery of usage fees.

3. Social Media Sharing Policy

We encourage the sharing of images directly from our official social media accounts to help communicate the essence of the Ted Grambeau brand.

If you share one of our posts:
• it must be reshared in its original context.
• an active tag/credit @tedgrambeau must appear in the caption or first comment.
• the image must not be altered, edited, cropped or used out of context.

Commercial use (BBCPIC)
If an image is reposted in connection with promoting a Business, Brand, Company, Product, Interest or Cause (BBCPIC), examples include tagging your business, using branded hashtags, or linking to commercial pages, this constitutes commercial usage and will incur licensing fees.

• the image name or screenshot.
• intended usage.
• platforms, duration and reach.

We will confirm availability and provide usage rates.

6. Print Orders & Books

Professional Printing
All images are reproduced by leading photographic printing labs using high-end archival materials. We do not print in-house to ensure the highest quality possible.

Available Sizes
Standard open-edition prints generally range from 50 cm to 120 cm, with selected works available up to 160 cm.

For alternative sizes or specific print enquiries, custom orders can be arranged on request — enquire. Availability varies by image, with each request considered individually.

Framing & Mounting
Each work is carefully packaged and delivered unframed, allowing for considered, custom presentation.
We highly recommend professional framing and careful handling (white cotton gloves) upon delivery.

Delivery Times
• Standard prints: approx. 14 working days (on occasion maybe up to 21 days due to remote travel, no internet access or unforeseen circumstances).
• Times may extend due to public holidays, peak seasons or international freight delays.
• Delivery is print-only unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping
• The website displays prices in AUD (Australian Dollar).
• All prices include GST for Australian customers.
• Complimentary worldwide shipping* on standard print orders (selected regions apply).
• Special orders for other destinations may be arranged on request, subject to availability and location — please enquire

Book Orders
• The book “Adventures in Light” can be ordered directly from this website within Australia.
• USA book orders: fulfilled through the designated supplier (link provided on product page).
• International customers: please use the enquiry form for availability and options.

7. Return Policy

Each order is produced individually with great care.
If your print arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately.
We will assess the issue and arrange a solution on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy Policy & GDPR

We comply with Australian privacy law and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect only the information necessary to fulfil orders, manage subscriptions or respond to enquiries.

We do not sell or disclose personal information except where required by law.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content, prices, availability or specifications are correct and reserve the right to update or correct information without notice.

10. Data & AI Usage

At Ted Grambeau Photography, all creative direction, image selection and artistic decisions are guided by Ted’s experience, craft and personal vision.

AI is used only as a supporting tool for written content, helping to refine clarity and structure across the website. It is never used to alter images, generate visual work or influence the artistic intent behind any photograph.

All imagery remains entirely human made, from capture through to final edit and colour grading. No client data or personal information is shared with AI systems.

The intention is simple: to use technology where useful, while preserving the authenticity, integrity and lived experience behind every image.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
