Effective from the 26th August 2015 (updated 24th May 2018). This website is operated and owned by Ted Grambeau trading as Adventures in Light Pty Ltd (ABN 45066652006) of PO Box 385 Tugun, Queensland 4224 Australia. From this point on 'Ted Grambeau of Adventures in Light Pty Ltd' will be referred to as ('Ted Grambeau', 'we', 'us' or 'our') and provides the content on this website subject to the following Terms of Use.

PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKS
From 28/11/2021 my Adventures in Light & The Surfer and the Mermaid books are not available to order from my website. My apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. I’m currently on a TRAVEL ADVENTURE until further notice.
PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Each unique image is carefully reproduced by the world’s most respected professional photographic printing labs globally. We do not attempt to print our own images as this is well left to the professionals and demonstrated in the exceptional quality of reproductions produced by their state of the art printing equipment and attention to detail.

DELIVERY
Time may vary according to my travel schedule - please allow between 14 - 21 working day (up to 21 working days) for standard print orders to arrive.
Allow extra time for Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas & New Year & International Holidays (applicable per country).
Please note: All Ted Grambeau Photography orders will be delivered as a print only and do not include mounting or framing.
MOUNTING & FRAMING
The price of your print does not include mounting or framing. We suggest you have your print professionally framed in your local area ASAP (as soon as possible) upon delivery. We understand how exciting it is to receive your new print and suggest you avoid handling it with your bare hands. We suggest wearing clean white cotton gloves and HANDLE WITH CARE.
PRINT ORDERS
Our standard print shop orders begin at: a few at 50cm, then most between 75cm and go up to 120cm (1.2 meter) & a few at 160cm.
COMMERCIAL ORDERS
We have the ability to consult on interior design, corporate, commercial or hotel decor photography print orders - POA.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All Limited Editions prints, photography prints, posters and books are available to international customers.
We deliver Australia Wide and World Wide* (listed countries).
RETURN POLICY
We use one of the countries most professional printing companies and take ridiculous care and attention to each order. Each order is treated individually and dealt with as such – please contact us if you are not entirely happy with your order.
TERMS OF SERVICE
We try our best, but sometimes we might stuff up with the occasional mistake.
The prints and book prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers and competitions may change without notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our aim is to comply with the privacy policy of the new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018.
SOCIAL MEDIA
SHARING
The images we share on my social media accounts are to communicate the essence of the Ted Grambeau Photography brand, and we encourage everyone to share them directly from these platforms, in context, with friends, repost and retweet (conditions apply). It goes without saying – that a full live tag photo credit be placed in the original post comment @tedgrambeau when you are sharing my image. But...
CONDITIONS
But, yes there is a but – this is not an invitation to use and abuse - these images are not for you to use for free to promote your business/brand/company/product/interest/cause (BBCPIC). Once you mention your BBCPIC in the caption, or use a BBCPIC #hashtag – this is referred to as promoting your BBCPIC, and is by my definition, a commercial use and will incur usage charges.
REQUEST
If you are interested in one or more Ted Grambeau Photography images in a commercial way (as mentioned above), please send an email simply stating the image request and your intended usage. We will then advise in return as to it's availability and the usage rates applicable for that image and intended use.
