3. Social Media Sharing Policy

We encourage the sharing of images directly from our official social media accounts to help communicate the essence of the Ted Grambeau brand.

6. Print Orders & Books

Professional Printing
All images are reproduced by leading photographic printing labs using high-end archival materials. We do not print in-house to ensure the highest quality possible.

Available Sizes
Standard open-edition prints generally range from 50 cm to 120 cm, with selected works available up to 160 cm.

Framing & Mounting
Print orders arrive unmounted and unframed.
We strongly recommend professional framing and careful handling (white cotton gloves) upon delivery.

Delivery Times
• Standard prints: approx. 14–21 working days.
• Times may extend due to public holidays, peak seasons or international freight delays.
• Delivery is print-only unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping
• The website displays prices in AUD (Australian Dollar).
• Free worldwide shipping on standard print orders (selected regions apply).
• All prices include GST for Australian customers.

Book Orders
• “Adventures in Light” can be ordered directly from this website within Australia.
• USA orders: fulfilled through the designated supplier (link provided on product page).
• International customers: please use the enquiry form for availability and options.

7. Return Policy

Each order is produced individually with great care.
If your print arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately.
We will assess the issue and arrange a solution on a case-by-case basis.
